What you should expect:
At First Assembly, you can expect to find a focus on missions, salvation and community. We have a fantastic worship team and you'll hear a message emphasizing strong Bible-based beliefs.

What you should wear:
Most people at First  Assembly attend in casual dress. Some people will wear a suit while others will come wearing jeans or even shorts. Our primary concern is not what you wear, but that you come and experience what God wants to do in your life.

What your kids should expect:
Your kids will be excited to be a part of our Children's ministry. Our programs for kids are age -appropriate and fun for all.

Who should you ask for help:
We have volunteers and greeters in the parking lot and throughout our buildings.  Just ask and we will be glad to serve you. Still have questions? Pop us an email at TheChurch@RaleighFirst.org

How can you get more connected to our community:

1 Take the First Step.  Guests and new attendees, meet Senior Pastor Chad Harvey the first Sunday of each month at 10:00 am in modular room 308.  The purpose of this gathering is to give new attendees a basic orientation of First Assembly.  You'll also have an opportunity to make some new friends !

2 Join a Small Group  We have over thirty four small groups that meet throughout the Triangle at various times and locations.  The purpose of our small groups is to provide fellowship and spiritual growth.  Our recommendation is that you “try them on” until you find the one that fits.  Visit the small group booth in the lobby or check out our groups online.

3 Attend BASIX. Four times a year, the membership course, Basix is taught by Senior Pastor Chad Harvey.  Sessions last from 9 am – 12 noon and are followed by a free luncheon with the Pastors, Board of Directors and Elders. Look for the next “Pizza with the Pastors” in the weekly Sunday bulletin or on the Web Calendar.  Childcare is provided.

4 Explore ministry opportunities  Become involved in one of the many opportunities at First Assembly.  The best place to get started is to fill out a Ministry Explorer card available at the Information Desk in the Worship Center lobby or online here.  The Ministry Coordination team will follow up with you to help you connect to the ministry that is right for you.
